In memory of my brother Alistair Carrington who died from Motor Neurone Disease . I am taking on my first sponsored fitness challenge in ten years . The 5000 squats in November . This is a bit of a mega feat for me as, as you know I use a stick, stroller and am an Ambulatory Wheelchair ( Doris) user . Times are hard for everyone but please donate if you feel you can . Even 50p is fine .Updates

30th November 2022I’ve not reached my target due to being ill, Erical being poorly and dying so suddenly and being ill again.
BUT ….I am extending into dec as I will complete this task .
